Returns
Our wish is that you love and wear your INKE item for many years to come. In case you change your mind, we offer a full cash refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Kindly note that returns on items are conditional. Items must be returned unworn with all the labels & tags intact. Damaged and/or dirty items will not be accepted.
Returns are only valid for non-sale items.
Unfortunately, we wonβt be able to offer a return policy to our international clients as logistics and costs are prohibitive.
Return instructions (SA)
- Email us support@inke.co.za to notify us of your return.
- Please provide us with a short description of why you are returning an item and if you want a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Please provide your physical address so that we can arrange the collection.
- Once we have received the item in good order, we will process your return.
Returns/Exchanges must be done within 15 days of purchase.
Shipping
Local shipping
Local deliveries (within South Africa) are free. Your parcel will reach you within 3-5 working days.
You will receive an email notification from us with the estimated arrival time of your package, please make sure that there will be someone at the physical address provided to accept the parcel.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using a reliable door-to-door courier service. Please drop us an email with your name & place of residence so that we can offer you a shipping quotation.
Kindly note that some international orders may be liable for an extra customs / duty charge on entry into your country. Please be aware of this, as it is out of our control and is your liability.
